Heading to the PC version of Green Hell are the aforementioned storage and transportation updates as well as combat improvements and new animals. While Creepy Jar hasn’t detailed the specifics, but for storage, the Steam post states, “because a bigger base needs a bigger amount of resources, and more storage places.” This also feeds into combat, which seemingly will have players defending their bases from tribe members.
On the console side of things, PS4 and Xbox One players will be receiving updates that have already launched on the PC version, including animal husbandry and the more recent building update. It’s unclear where the PS5 version of Green Hell fits into this, but it may follow a different roadmap.
While this isn’t the most robust roadmap, Green Hell is still set to have a satisfying 2023. With the developer having recently put out a survey asking fans what they want to see for the game, there is bound to be even more on the horizon.
