Hi-Rez has been busy working on a lot of new projects — like Season 3 of SMITE, their new mobile game, and the Paladins beta. But a handful of the main men at the studio aren’t too busy to don some hilarious cosplay for a good cause.
Today, Hi-Rez announced its “Boys of Hi-Rez” calendar, which features 12 months of your favorite Hi-Rez personalities in an array of costumes inspired by the studio’s IPs. While a digital version of the calendar is available, a physical version is being sold for $15 at Lulu.com. All proceeds from the sale of this calendar will be donated to the American Red Cross.
This calendar was originally introduced back in July of 2014, when Hi-Rez did a charity stream for the Red Cross. Viewers donated money in order to reach certain milestones. Once a goal was achieved, Hi-Rez employees had to do something to celebrate — like eating cat food, cross-dressing, or dyeing their hair.
The Boys of Hi-Rez calendar was the ultimate goal for the stream — and the viewers reached it. So Hi-Rez is finally delivering on their promise with this 2016 calendar.
Check out the video above to watch a recap of the original charity stream. To preview the Boys of Hi-Rez calendar, you can download the digital version. If you’re feeling generous, or if you like the calendar enough to buy it, you can head over to Lulu to pick yours up.
