Hogwarts Legacy, developers Avalanche Software, have officially declared that no current plans for DLC are in place for the game. This may surprise fans, but when you consider just how expansive the game is, it makes sense that the development team needs time before considering more Hogwarts Legacy content.
During IGN Fan Fest, Alan Tew, the game director, confirmed that the development team was focused on making the base game a reality, and they are not working on an expansion, as he expressed:
“We’ve been really heads-down bringing [Hogwarts Legacy] to life, so at the moment there are no current plans for DLC.”
While we can’t expect any new content any time soon, maybe some Felix Felicis will come along and change our luck.
Xbox Series X and PC players, expect a patch today that resolves a number of bugs and performance issues!
