How to Watch the Assassin’s Creed Reveal

Today Ubisoft has confirmed that the new Assassin’s Creed game will be announced via a live stream found on their official website.

I will write a follow-up article detailing exactly what is revealed when the facts have been confirmed about the game’s location, name, and release date. Will we see medieval London as was rumoured earlier in the year? Or could we see something totally different and unexpected. I have every wish for some form of naval exploration and combat. Personally, that was my favourite thing to do in Black Flag; the story itself almost passed me by in that particular installment. Let’s hope they add a solid, thought-provoking story to the gameplay foundations of AC IV and they’ll be on to a winner.

The absolute worst thing that could come from this announcement is yet another single city game like they attempted with Unity. There needs to be enough variety and mystery about the setting to encourage exploration.

The only thing we can do now is wait.
