Battlefield 4 launched back in October 29th, 2013, and spawned many glitches, netcode issues, and bugs. When DICE, the developer for Battlefield 4, tries to fix some of these issues, they accidentally create a new problem for the game. However, some of the latest updates have improved the game’s netcode, but there are still a few bugs in the game that haven’t been fixed since launch.
The new update will focus on the connection problems many players have been expriencing. DICE is calling this update the “High Frequency Bubble,” and it will be located within the “Gameplay” settings. This update is design to give players an option to help control the way Battlefield 4 communicates with the servers, making the connection more stabilize.
How it works is you will be able to customize the bandwidth connection from low, to medium, and to high. DICE also states that people who want to set the settings to high, to make sure their connection is over one megabyte a second.
