The next Tera Raid Battle has been announced for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The 7-Star Tera Raid Battle event will begin Friday, February 24, 2023, at 7 p.m. EST/4 p.m. PST and end on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 9:59 a.m. EST/6:59 a.m. PST, during the Pokemon Day Pokemon Presents showcase.
In this raid, you’ll face off against Pikachu with the Water Tera type and a Mightiest Mark. Pikachu is the fourth 7-Star raid to occur since Scarlet and Violet released in 2022. It’s the only dedicated Water Tera type and the first appearance for the franchise mascot in that time.
Previous 7-Star Pokemon have included Greninja, Cinderace, and Charizard, all with two sets of raid dates instead of the one set currently listed for Pikachu. If you can bring down Pikachu before time runs out, you’ll earn the Mightiest Mark. Mighty Pikachu will be appearing at Black Tera Raid Crystals.
This will be the twelfth Tera Raid battle event since the launch of Scarlet and Violet. With the raid ending on Pokemon Day instead of at 7p.m. EST/4 p.m. PST like previous raids, players have also speculated if another Tera Raid will be announced during Pokemon Presents.
Interesting is that this event ends at 15:00 UTC on Pokémon Day, so an hour after the Pokémon Presents starts…and not at midnight UTC like all other raid events

Does that mean that they will have another 7* raid planned for after this that will be announced in the presents

Whether that speculation turns out to be true or not remains to be seen, but be sure to tune into the event for other Pokemon news. Until then, good luck taking on Pikachu’s 7-star raid!
