Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be getting next-gen updates on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on February 2. It joins a number of other last-gen games, such as Destiny 2 and No Man’s Sky, receiving performance and fidelity upgrades on Microsoft and Sony’s new consoles.
According to a tweet by Johan Lindholm, a Community Developer for the third-person looter-shooter, Title Update 12.1 will bring several changes and tweaks to The Division 2, “as well as 4K 60fps support for next-gen consoles.” The tweet is confirmation of the news from a December State of the Game, which said the improvements were on the way.
No State of the Game tomorrow.

The Optimization Station, which was first brought into the game in the 12.0 Title Update, will be rebalanced, and 12.1 will also mark the start of The Division 2‘s Resident Evil event. The crossover is in celebration of Resi‘s 25th anniversary, and it will introduce to The Division 2 “outfits and weapons skins” from the survival-horror series.
Those who log into The Division 2 between February 2 and February 15 will get the Leon Kennedy RPD outfit.
