With the holidays approaching fast, Nintendo is working hard to get their holiday lineup out as soon as possible. The first domino to fall in the holiday schedule is on November 21st when Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire hit the shelves. Nintendo is sticking to their guns that the 2DS is perfect for children to start out on. The system is a cheap alternative as well, at stores for 100 dollars.
The two systems, Crystal Red and Crystal Blue, are teaming up for release with the newest Pokémon games, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Fans have been asking for these adventures through the Hoenn region for quite some time and they finally got their wish. The 2DS will play all 3DS games in spectacular non-3D as well as all DS games. The 2DS is another way that Nintendo wants everyone to be able to play their games. The design of these 2DS’s remind me of the Game Boy Colors that were clear and purple.
