PAX East 2013: An 8 Year Old Girl’s Perspective

Most of the PAX East reviews are sure to be from 18-35 year old male gamers.  We thought we would give you something different — PAX East from the perspective of an eight year old girl (with some input and typing help from her dad).

“At PAX you can collect pins, try games that haven’t come out yet, get T-shirts, look at games you can get on your iPod and see people in really cool costumes.  You can watch other people play games or you can play against other people.

I got a bunch of free stuff like a Plants vs. Zombies walnut hat, a GameSkinny T-shirt and a whole bunch of pins.  I got a great big pin from a game booth for Cupcakes and Critters.  It’s a great game, you have squish cockroaches before they eat your cupcake.

If you’re lucky you can meet people from YouTube that make videogame videos.

I had a great time at PAX, but maybe not as much as my 11-year old bro.  Sometimes we have to pull him off the X-Box.
