Persona 4 Arena Ultimax has already been released in Japan, and is inching closer to its American release. Now publisher Atlus has released another set of character trailers to help sate fighting fans until the game releases next week.
The three trailers focus on characters Teddie, Mitsuru, and Elizabeth. All three characters are veterans from the first Persona 4 Arena, returning alongside much of the cast.
The first character trailer stars Persona 4 mascot Teddie. He uses various weapons, such as bats and his claws, and fights alongside his Persona, Kintoki-Douji.
The second trailer features Mitsuru Kirijo. She is an excellent swordswoman, and wields the Persona Artemisia. She was one of the party members in Persona 3.
The third and final character trailer stars Elizabeth. She uses the Persona Thanatos, and uses a book as a weapon. She comes from Persona 3, where she aided the main protagonist through his journey.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is the sequel to Persona 4 Arena, and continues the story featuring the cast of Persona 3 and 4. The game features a new antagonist named Sho Minazuki, a fighter a does not wield a Persona. Here you can check out fighters Rise, Sho Minazuki, and Marie.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax releases in North America for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 30. No exact date has been given for a European release, though the American version is not region locked.
