The stars of the Adult Swim show Rick and Morty are featuring in a new Pokemon-style mobile game, Pocket Mortys, that will be out on January 14.
The game was announced yesterday on the Adult Swim Games twitter:

In some additional tweets a senior producer at the studio, Chris Johnston, clarified that the game will be free to download and promised that it will be a “real game” – presumably in contrast to a previous mobile offering, the balloon-popping-focused Rick and Morty: Jerry’s Game.
Rick and Morty co-creator Dan Harmon clarified that the game will be released on both Android and iOS:
No need for conflict. It’s REAL, Morty. On January 14th, POCKET MORTYS comes to iOS and Android. pic.twitter.com/UNFM4P4WLH

Harmon will also be providing a voiceover for the game, according to Adult Swim product market manager Sean Baptiste:
Dan’s VO is phenomenal, btw. https://t.co/hA3fiRK7rD
