Asymmetrical FPS game, Predator: Hunting Grounds, is officially in IllFonic’s hands as the takeover from Sony completes. Being published directly by the studio, new content is expected for Predator: Hunting Grounds.
IllFonic Ready to Release DLC for Predator: Hunting Grounds
IllFonic announced the licensing issue surrounding Predator: Hunting Grounds has been resolved with a short, jungle filled trailer. Featuring the iconic Predator, the video beckons to the diehard community the game has held on to, even though there hasn’t been an update in over a year.
The IllFonic team already has new DLC planned for release starting in April and up into 2025. Balance changes and updates are also in the works for the title.
Along with new content, Predator: Hunting Grounds will be optimized for the PS5 and released for the first time on Xbox Series X|S later in 2024.
Predator Hunting Grounds Planned Updates
There are already a number of planned updates coming to the title. More details on each of them will be released as the dates draw near.
- April 2024: Patch 2.49 focusing on balance updates, Fireteam weapon reworks, player movement updates, and quality of life improvements.
- Late 2024: Predator: Hunting Grounds release on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 with a Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition being offered.
