According to Remedy Entertainment’s Head of PR, Thomas Puha, Quantum Break is “so close to being done.”
Puha’s full tweet states:

With the Xbox One exclusive set to drop on 5th April, the team at Remedy are full steam ahead to ensure the game lives up to the expectation and hype as one of the most anticipated games of 2016.
When asked whether the team was in “Crunch Mode” he replied:

Quantum Break is a third-person action game that follows the adventure of Jack Joyce, a man who has the ability to manipulate time to his advantage. The game will be accompanied by a live-action series and features a star-studded cast with Shawn Ashmore as protagonist Jack, Dominic Monaghan as William Joyce and Aiden Gillen as Paul Serene, the game’s primary antagonist.
