German website PC Games is claiming that Fallout 4 will finally be revealed at E3 2015.
The site claims an industry insider said that Fallout 4 will be Bethesda’s show-closer, with a 20-30 minute behind-doors gameplay demo. The site is also claiming the game will not be released in 2015.
Bethesda announced its first ever E3 conference back in February. Holding an E3 conference surely means Bethesda have some big announcements to make, and that’s the sentiment of everyone in the gaming community. Fallout 4 is a must at this point.
Fallout 3 released in 2008 and the spin-off, Fallout: New Vegas, were not made by Bethesda Softworks. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released in 2011 and, besides DLC, Bethesda Softworks have been silently toiling away on something for 4 years.
The Elder Scrolls Online will release in June for PS4 and Xbox One, so it seems unlikely there will be any new installments in that franchise anytime soon. Doom 4 is a lock for the conference. Dishonored 2 has been heavily rumored and suggested, which also seems likely. And any sequel news for The Evil Within or Wolfenstein, seems premature. So, unless Bethesda wants to start a war, you should expect PC Gaming to be on the money with this one.
E3 2015 takes place from June 14-16. Bethesda’s press conference is on the 14th at 7PM PT. For all of your Fallout, Bethesda, and E3 news, stay tuned to Gameskinny.
