Our own David Fisher predicted a few days ago that Sceptile would be the next Pokken Tournament addition to be revealed, and sure enough a newly-released trailer confirmed that Sceptile will be joining the fighting game. The trailer also shows that the rumored Farfetch’d and Electrode will indeed be available as supporting characters.
The trailer exhibits Sceptile’s impressive range of attacks, which will make it a formidable fighter in the game. Additionally, the grass type can Mega Evolve into Mega Sceptile, making it that much more challenging to fight.
None of this really comes as a surprise, since all three were heavily rumored to be joining the game. But fans on Twitter still seem excited about the latest confirmations:
