Nintendo released Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS Saturday September 13th, in Japan and has already sold more than one million copies in only four days. This joins the roster of other Nintendo 3DS titles that have sold over a million copies in a week. Some of these games include Monster Hunter 4 and Pokemon X and Y.
With the release for the rest of the world being October 3rd (October 4th for Australia), the new Super Smash Bros. shows no signs of slowing down. Sales for Super Smash Bros. will without a doubt spike again as the amount of interest for the game has exploded recently with the release of codes to Platinum Club Nintendo members to download the demo now. However, if you haven’t been able to get a code to download the game, have no fear. The demo for the new Super Smash Bros. game will be released on the eShop for everyone to enjoy September, 19th.
