The Evil Within is a survival horror game created by Tango Gameworks and released by Bethesda Softworks for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC, in October of this year. If you’ve played The Evil Within you know what happened through Sebastian’s point of view, but have you wondered what the game’s story is like through another character’s eyes?

According to a post on Bethesda Softworks’ blog, you can find out starting early next year when the first of three DLC packs releases. The first two packs, “The Assignment” and “The Consequence” are from Juli Kidman’s point of view. The last one is from the point of view of The Keeper. The blog also featured a very short teaser trailer, which you can watch below:

In the blog post, John Johanas, the director of the first two packs, stated that they “took a ‘Roshomon’ approach to things with Juli’s campaign in the sense that ‘each person sees things differently.'” This suggests that the DLCs featuring Juli Kidman might be the events of The Evil Within told from her point of view, which could mean finding out more about some of the game’s various mysteries.
