Ubisoft’s famous racing MMO The Crew, will be released for free on PC next week. Ubisoft is giving away one free PC game every month to celebrate it’s 30th anniversary, and starting September 14, it will be open season for The Crew. The anniversary campaign launched off with Prince of Persia: Sands of Time being released in June, followed by the original Splinter Cell in July, and Rayman Origins in August. If players are still interested in playing Rayman Origins for free, they have six more days until The Crew replaces it.
If anyone really wants to jump on this, they must register with Ubisoft Club using their Uplay accounts. Once they register, they can download the game and they’ll have it for keeps. The Crew will continue to be available for free until October 14, so players interested will have plenty of time. Players should also keep in mind that there are two expansions launching for The Crew as well: Calling All Units, and Ultimate Edition, and they will be released on November 29 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
With this in mind, it’s a good time to jump on The Crew as soon as it’s released. This month belongs to the racers.
