At Anime Expo, Bandai Namco has revealed that The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia (Nanatsu No Taisai: Britannia no Tibibito), the second game based on the popular anime and manga series, will be released in the U.S. sometime in early 2018 for the PlayStation 4. The game is being developed by Natsume Atari (Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy, Kirby: Squeak Squad) and the game will include subtitles in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and German.
Bandai Namco has also claimed that the game will have a “high tension and fast paced fighting style” where players will be able to “experience an enticing story line and plenty of places in Britannia to explore”. Additionally, players will have the ability to play through significant fights with their favorite characters, all with their own distinct fighting styles.
The Seven Deadly Sins is an anime and manga series by Nakaba Suzuki. The English dub of the anime series premiered on Netflix in the U.S. on November 1, 2015 — with a television special premiering on February 17, 2017. A second anime series has been confirmed to release sometime in the future.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia will release for the PlayStation 4 in early 2018.
