Today’s LOL is brought to you by Funcom Game Director Joel Bylos.

The Mayans projected that the end of the world would be on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 UTC, and Bylos wants to give us geeks a way to celebrate.

“I’m a fat white guy; technically, we’re not even allowed to complain,”

Bylos laments in the video above. But what are we going to do at the end of the world? The Secret World slogan is “Everything is true.” So the Mayan calendar prophecy must be true to. We should be allowed to complain that there is nothing out there for geeks and nerds to do when the world comes to an end, right?

Well, Bylos wants to give us something: The Secret World for free! Armed with the new slogan “No subscription required,” Bylos wants everyone in the world to have one last hurrah. The question is ‘Will he get it past the marketing board?’
