Shortly before the launch of Xbox One, Microsoft announced a delay in Twitch streaming on its console till early 2014. Well, 2014 is here and there is still no launch date for when Xbox One users will be able to stream live on Twitch, according to Twitch TV Support’s twitter account.
Xbox One Direct Broadcasting: There is no ETA at this time from Microsoft. Expect a few more months. If we know sooner, we’ll update.

A representative from Microsoft has stated that it is a huge part of their integration of Xbox One in coming months, but still no firmer date. Unfortunately, Twitch themselves can not relay any information about the Xbox One integration for Direct Broadcasting until Microsoft has done so. This leaves streamers still searching for alternative methods to continue streaming their gameplay via Twitch.
Further research into possible dates for when live streaming would be available led me to an article on Engadget. According to Engadget:
Based on our conversation with Whitten, it sounds like those Live fixes are coming sooner than later. Promised game streaming functionality, however, may not be coming as quickly. “This is not 100 percent,” Whitten prefaced his statement with. “But my general strategy at E3 is to talk about things that are gonna happen from that E3 to the next E3. So, we are not yet to the next E3,” he added with a smile. So, uh, before June then!
If this is true, this would extend the original announcement of the Xbox One Twitch streaming from early 2014 to Spring/Winter 2014.
