It’s not very often that a game is released the moment it is announced. In this case, Bethesda took a moment out of their showcase to announce the new mobile game Fallout Shelter. This is a new town management game that brings together mechanics from games like XCOM and SimCity. The game is available right now on iTunes, but they didn’t say if this game would be an iOS exclusive or if an Android version may be coming out in the future. This is leaving many people asking themselves, “Is Fallout Shelter coming to Android?”
Well, we are lucky enough to get an official answer from Bethesda’s Pete Hines.
May need to give iTunes a little time for it to update. It’ll be up there. We will have info later about Android version.

We have an official response that Android will get Fallout Shelter. It’s fairly common for iPhone users to get certain games first, but I am still glad that Android users will still get to enjoy this game.
