Serawis noticed that most of the infants included in the game were lacking baby-fat, so they created the Puppyface Infant Skin mod to give infants those pinchable chubby cheeks. You can get it here. 

Dazzling Light Maxis Match Eyes

As of 3/19, this CC from Pralinesims has been updated to work on infants, along with the heterochromia version.

2D Eyelashes Conversion For Infants

For those that want to give their infants lush lashes, you can download such a CC mod here from Nessassims. 

Mom’s Kisses

Remember when mom would give you a smooch and leave her lipstick behind? That’s exactly what this mod from Jellypaws gives Sims 4 players. For your own infant lipstick mark makeup, head here.
