Pokemon Scarlet and Violet‘s next Tera Raid combatant has been announced, Typhlosion. Appearing this month, Typhlosion can only be encountered in Tera Raids or traded for.
Typhlosion will appear at black crystal Tera Raid battles between April 13 at 5 p.m. PST and April 16 at 4:59 p.m. PST. It’ll appear again between April 20 at 5 p.m. PST and April 23 at 4:59 p.m. PST.
To access these raids, you’ll need to have completed the Scarlet and Violet postgame events. If you haven’t, you can still join a 7-Star Raid hosted by someone who has.
The Typhlosions showing up for these raids will bear the Mightiest Mark. And though they’ll be Ghost Tera Types, you won’t battle the Hisuian Typhlosion this time around.
Rewards include the chance to catch Typholsion, as well as Exp. Candy, and Ghost Tera Shards. While you’re only able to catch one Typhlosion per game, you can continue to participate in battles and earn more loot.
Typhlosion is the 18th Tera Raid Battle to occur. It’s also the last of the starters to get a 7-Star Tera Raid for the Johto Region. Mighty Samurott and Mighty Decidueye also had special 5-Star Tera Raid events that ran consecutively to their Tera Raids. There’s been no word yet if the pattern will hold true for Typhlosion, but it’s safe to say you may want to be on the lookout for a 5-Star Tera Raid event.
That is what we know for the Typhlosion 7-Star Tera Raid event happening this month in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
