Nintendo will (finally) be adding Super Nintendo games to Nintendo Switch Online’s library of free games. It’s a move many expected, as we recently reported on.

The offerings will include games like Super Ghosts and Ghouls, Kirby’s Dreamland 3, and other surprises like Stunt Race FX, playable for the first time on a system not the SNES.

The first round of 20 games will be available tomorrow, September 4, and include:

  • Brawl Brothers
  • Demon’s Crest
  • Joe and Mac 2: Lost in the Tropics
  • Kirby’s Dream Land 3
  • Star Fox
  • Super E.D.F Earth Defense Force
  • Super Mario Kart
  • Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island
  • Super Puyo Puyo 2
  • Super Tennis
  • Breath of Fire
  • F-Zero
  • Kirby’s Dream Course
  • Pilotwings
  • Stunt Race FX
  • Super Ghouls ‘n Ghosts
  • Super Mario World
  • Super Metroid
  • Super Soccer
  • The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

These aren’t all, though. Nintendo will be making more SNES games available for Online subscribers on a regular basis like the developer did with NES games.

Also like Nintendo did with the NES controllers when Switch Online first became available, Nintendo will also make a round of SNES controllers available exclusively to subscribers for $29.99.
