A few days ago, EA announced the price of its Season Pass and Ultimate Edition for the upcoming game Star Wars: Battlefront when it notified the community that they would be extending the beta through the 13th. The Season Pass is priced at $49.99, similar to EA’s franchise Battlefield, which has been charging its players $49.99 for a premium membership that includes early and slightly discounted access to the entirety of its downloadable content release schedule.
The Season Pass is set to include 4 Downloadable Content releases and grant two week early-access to each, as well as exclusive emotes that include a “Shoot First” emote, according to EA’s official announcement.
DICE’s previous game, Battlefield 4, came out with four paid expansions priced at $14.99 each, or a $49.99 premium membership that includes each of the expansions. Star Wars: Battlefront will hopefully be worth that amount. We’ll see as the game releases and the DLC starts rolling out in the coming months.
