How to Preload Star Wars: Jedi Survivor

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor doesn’t release until April 28, but you can start your download early if you want to play the game as soon as possible. Getting in on the preload action is a good idea, too, given that Jedi Survivor is a whopping 155GB on PC and only slightly less massive — between 140GB and 147GB — on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Preload Dates and Times

EA announced the following preload times via a recent tweet. The preload dates and times for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are listed below.

• EA app and PC: April 25 at 8 a.m. PDT / 11 a.m. EDT / 4 p.m. BST / 5 p.m. CEST
• PS5 and Xbox Series X/S: April 25 at 9 a.m. PDT / 12 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. BST / 6 p.m. CEST

Starting on Tuesday morning, April 25, you’ll be able to start the hefty download and get a headstart for release. Then all you have to do is wait until Jedi Survivor releases at 12 a.m. EST on April 28 to get your hands on Respawn’s hotly anticipated sequel. 

How to Preload Jedi Survivor on PS5

• Turn on your PS5 console.
• Open the PlayStation Store app.
• Search for Jedi Survivor.
• Purchase the game as a pre-order if you haven’t already.
• Select “Download.”

How to Preload Jedi Survivor on Xbox Series X|S

• Turn on your Xbox console.
• Open the Store app. 
• Search for Jedi Survivor.
• Purchase the game as a pre-order if you haven’t already.
• Select “Download.”

How to Preload Jedi Survivor on PC

EA App

• Log in to Origin on your PC
• Search for Jedi Survivor. 
• After you’ve purchased it, click Download on the game to preload the encrypted game file.
• After the game unlocks on April 25, decrypting will begin. This can take up to 30 minutes.
• The file will then unpack to the game installer folder. This can take up to 30 minutes.
• Once the Install button pops up, click it to start the game installer.

Steam

• Log in to Steam on your PC
• Search for Jedi Survivor. 
• After you’ve purchased it, go to your Steam library and select Jedi Survivor
• Select Preload to download the file.
