Overall, The Sims Mobile is a pretty simple game. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t some tips and tricks that will make your time playing the game all the more enjoyable. So here are seven things that I found made my time with the game easier.

1. You Can Get Free Stamina

Cupcakes aren’t the only way to replenish your stamina. Sleeping in your bed, hopping in the shower, or even taking a wee in The Sims Mobile will give you some much-needed stamina points. However, they do take time to charge unless you cough up some SimCash.

Side Note: While you may have to wait to use these methods of replenishing stamina to your current Sim, all of your other Sims can still do them. But of course, they will have to wait to use them again as well.

2. Do Two Stamina Tasks Instead of Just One

When trying to use your stamina up as quickly as possible, always go for the options that use more stamina and grant more points. Usually 1- or 2-stamina options are what’s available. Using the 2-stamina option gets twice the amount of work done in the same amount of time, so there is no real reason to use a 1-stamina option unless it’s the only option available.

I do recommend checking out the different character animations for the different options, but if you’re trying to get things done as quickly as possible, this is the way to go.

3. Do Not Cook or Make Coffee

It might seem counterintuitive, but doing the cooking options at career events like the coffee shop and the restaurant is an inefficient use of stamina too. You have to first make the dish and then present it to customers. This is doing two separate tasks for 20 points. It doesn’t necessarily hurt you, but it’s just not the fastest choice when there are options to just use 2 stamina to get 20 points. Though once again, sometime’s it’s your only option.

4. Kill Two Jobs with One Phone

In certain locations, it’s possible to zoom out and do two career events at once, such as with the restaurant and fashion buildings. Doing so allows you to start a task with one, and while one Sim takes the time to complete the task, you can simply start a task with your other Sim. So instead of wasting time watching your Sim do its animation, you are using that time to do double the amount of work!

5. Sleep Is for the Rich

Always make sure that all of your Sims are doing an event before you log off. They can complete events on their own, so letting them loiter around is simply a waste. Ideally, you would also want to use all of your stamina before you go, but this is not as significant as the last point.

6. Wait Before Taking Risky Actions

While the game may present you with the opportunity to take a risky action early in your shift, you may want to wait a little while before taking it. The more actions your Sims perform, the more confident they become. You’ll know when they’re ready to take actions after seeing one or two of these pop up.

A really confident Sim

Now, of course, you’re your own person and can play as risky as you would like, but waiting to gain some confidence can make a difference.

7. More Customization in the Character Creation

It’s easy to miss, but there is a pen icon that pops up when changing your Sim’s appearance. Clicking it will give you a tool to give you better control over changing your Sim’s different body features.

That pretty much covers it. These were some of the things that I thought would be useful nuggets of knowledge to carry with you next time you play The Sims Mobile. I hope you find these as helpful as I did, and be sure to check out our other guides to The Sims Mobile!
