Best Armors in Once Human

If you want to be decked out like an absolute tank, here are the armor pieces you should be unlocking.

A good defense is the best offense, and that’s especially true in Once Human. With so many nasty mutants and even nastier humans, it’s important to be ready for any occasion. With that in mind, here are the best armors in Once Human, for PvE and PvP.

Best Helmet – Bastille

All legendary items in the game have the same base stats. Where they differ is in their looks and in their set bonuses. The Bastille is a good-looking helmet, but that’s not what’s attractive about it. What’s attractive about it is the 10% DMG boost it gives you whenever you have over 70% HP.

Best Face Mask – Bastille

The Bastille face mask is the second Bastille set item you should acquire. It’s not the best-looking face mask of the legendaries, but it’s undeniably one of the more useful ones, as it’ll give you a flat-out reload speed boost of 20% for all weapons.

Best Torso – Shelterer

After finishing the Bastille set, you’re going to want to start with the Shelterer set. The chest piece is your best option here, as it’s one of the better-looking legendaries. In addition to its good looks, it also brings a 15% damage reduction to all status effects, which is especially useful later in the game.

Best Legs – Stormweaver

With legs, you’re going to want to begin a new set again. Your third set should be the Stormweaver set because of its roll stamina cost reduction perk. This perk comes in handy whenever you’re farming bosses that have devastating attacks. It’s also useful in PvP for when you need to make a quick getaway in the opposite direction.

Best Gloves – Hardy

With the last two items, you can choose whatever option you want. Personally, I love going with the Hardy gloves because of their unique effect. With the Hardy gloves, you become an incredible nuisance in PvP, as you develop a tendency to explode whenever you have full stacks of burn on you.

Best Shoes – Lonewolf

For shoes, I find that the Lonewolf shoes give me the most utility. The 10% magazine capacity increase they offer isn’t much if you’re using sniper rifles or shotguns, but it’s quite handy if you’re running an assault rifle or LMG build.

That’s it for the best armor in Once Human. For more useful information, make sure to check out our Once Human guides hub for the latest info about the game.
