Building and managing a base can be quite tiring and time-consuming. However, certain Pals can help speed up the process. Here, I’ll tell you about the best Handiwork Pals for crafting in Palworld.

What are the Best Handiwork Pals in Palworld?

The best Handiwork Pal in Palworld is none other than Anubis, which is the only Pal with Handiwork Level 4. You can find Anubis roaming around in the Twilight Dunes, a desert biome further north of the Rayne Syndicate’s Tower. There’s just one problem: this is a Level 40+ opponent, and it will mop the floor with you if you’re unprepared.

Best Early-Game Pals for Handiwork

Fortunately, you don’t need to fight the Anubi to have a Handiwork Pal. There are other options when it comes to the best Handiwork Pals in Palworld, and they can be found quite early in your run. Here are some examples:

• Lamball: Has Handiwork Level 1, Transporting Level 1, and Farming Level 1.
• Cattiva: Has Handiwork Level 1, Transporting Level 1, Gathering Level 1, and Mining Level 1.
• Tanzee: Has Handiwork Level 1, Planting Level 1, Lumbering Level 1, Gathering Level 1, and Transporting Level 1.

There are plenty of Lamballs and Cattivas in the initial area where you start the campaign, and they’re sure to serve you well. However, I think the Tanzee is the best early-game Handiwork Pal in Palworld.

While it’s true that the Handiwork skill is used when crafting and building structures in your base, the Tanzee’s other abilities (i.e. Lumbering, Planting, Gathering, and Transporting) ensure that it can help out with other tasks. You should find a lot of Tanzees in the forested areas just northeast of the Rayne Syndicate’s Tower.

Best Mid-Game Pals for Handiwork

You should also capture the Penking, which has Handiwork level 2. The giant penguin even has Watering Level 2, Transporting Level 2, Mining Level 2, and Cooling Level 2.

However, considering that the Penking is a dungeon boss, you must be well-prepared. I personally defeated and captured this foe when I was around Level 20. If you’re up to the task, you can attempt to bring down the Penking in the Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings, a dungeon just north of the Rayne Syndicate’s Tower.
