How to Get a Prenup in Bitlife

Getting a Prenup in BitLife is pretty straightforward. I found that once you’re in a relationship with someone and have the ability to marry them, the option to sign a pre-marital agreement will automatically present itself after setting up your wedding. Either your potential spouse will demand one, or you can request one. Here are the steps broken down.

  • Age (+) up to 18.
  • Get in a relationship with someone.
    • You can access dating through the activities tab.
  • Level up your relationship with your partner.
  • Once engaged, plan the wedding.
  • Initiate or agree to stipulations.

Getting a prenup can have varying effects depending on whether or not you were the one requesting it. For instance, if you decide to decline your fiance’s request, they could leave you. The same goes if you demand one from them and they disagree. Keep in mind that signing one of these agreements — or not signing one — can be part of some challenges in the game.

It’s also worth mentioning that prenups only count toward anything you’ve accrued before getting married. Any assets/net worth you attain while married to your partner isn’t covered by a prenuptial agreement and will be divvied between the two parties in the event of a divorce.
