Mama Milka is the bartender of the Pawt Purvanna bar in Cat Quest 3. Her establishment hosts a number of Wanted posters, each referring to one of the game’s many bosses. The rewards for Mama Milka’s Bounties are the trinkets Pawer Milk, Magic Milk, and Hearty Milk. If you already have all three items, completing a bounty will greatly increase the level of one of those items instead.

Mama Milka Quest: Defeat Cathulhu

The sea monster Cathulhu isn’t included in the bounties of Mama Milka’s bar, so you won’t find its poster hanging on the wall. Instead, Mama Milka will give you the quest to slay this creature once you’ve progressed enough through the quest. Just make sure to talk to Mama Milka often.

Cathulhu can be found on the top-right corner of the map, but you might need Cathulhu’s Fang to awaken this monster. Mama Milka will give you this item eventually. Even if Cathulhu is unlocked early in the Mama Milka’s quest, you should keep this as the last enemy you defeat, as it is easily the strongest. The ship reward for destroying the Duck of Doom, called The Fowlmidable, is especially useful against Cathulhu.
