Clash of Clans: Epic Winter Challenge Guide

All Clash of Clans players can now take part in a huge new Epic Winter Challenge event. It pits clashers against the king and the queen on a new map. If you can beat it and earn all three stars, then you get some valuable rewards.

This guide will provide you with tips on how to complete the Epic Winter Challenge and earn all three stars. This strategy works every time, so be sure to follow it as precisely as you can.

How to Beat Epic Winter Challenge in Clash of Clans

Destroy Air Defense Tower

The very first thing that you need to do is remove the Air Defense Tower in the center of the map.

The best way to do it is to simply drop Santa’s Surprise Spells on the Air Defense Tower, which will also destroy other buildings surrounding it.

Destroy Archer Towers

There are two sets of Archer Towers on the map, one in the north and one in the south.

This means that you need to use two sets of the following troops:

• 1x Ice Golem
• 2x Ice Wizards

Put each set of troops on the opposite sides of the map and watch them demolish the Archer Towers to the ground.

Use Your Grand Warden

Grand Warden is one of the most effective units for this type of challenge. So put one such unit either on the eastern or western side of the map.

Let him attack enemy units one by one, which will help distract them from your golems and wizards, while they’re dealing with the Archer Towers.

Attack the Base

Finally, you can focus all of your units on taking out the defending heroes. Send all your Ice Golems, Ice Wizards, Ice Hounds, and Grand Warden to attack the base of the king and queen. If you can add Royal Champion to the mix, it would be wonderful.

During your last push try to freeze the heroes as often as possible, while you’re finishing off the rest of the towers.

This simple strategy will create enough pressure on your enemies to earn you all three stars and complete the Epic Winter Challenge.

Once this is done you will receive the following rewards:

• 500 XP points
• 15 Gems
