Here’s how to fish in Core Keeper:

  1. Equip your Fishing Rod
    • Look for a Bubbling Fish Shoal in any body of water.
      • Note: You can fish in any liquid found in Core Keeper, but you’ll get bites much quicker and be guaranteed a chance of catching fish instead of another object.
    • Press and hold the Right Mouse button
      • Note: How much you fill the meter will dictate your cast strength. You can cast between one to three blocks in the direction of your cursor after releasing the right mouse button.
  2. Press the Right Mouse Button after you see the fishing rod’s bobber start bobbing, and an exclamation appears above your character’s head.

If you need to cancel a cast, you can unequip your fishing rod or move your character to do so. You might need to do so if you start casting but are about to get attacked by an enemy.
