Taking on the Abbatoir of Zir requires a little bit more work than just being at the endgame. You’ll need to find a special item to even access the game’s hardest dungeon. Here’s how to get the Bloodforged Sigil in Diablo 4.
How to Obtain Bloodforged Sigils in Diablo 4
To get your first Bloodforged Sigil, all you need to do is be Level 100 and complete all of the Season Journey for Season of Blood. Once those steps are finished, head to any Occultist. Since the portal for the Abbatoir of Zir is in Ked Bardu, I suggest going there. You’ll find the Bloodforged Sigil listed under the Ancestral tab. To craft a Tier 1 sigil, you’ll need 800 Sigil Powder and 60,000 Gold.
How to Get Higher-Tier Bloodforged Sigils
Only the Tier 1 sigil is immediately available at the Occultist when you finish the Season Journey. To get the higher tiers, you need to make it through Abbatoir of Zir alive. As part of your reward for finishing it, you’ll get the recipe for the next level. If you finish a run at Tier 12, you’ll get the Tier 13 recipe, for example.
Each Bloodforged Sigil tier costs 10,000 gold more than the previous level and takes an additional 50 Sigil Powder. If you manage to reach Tier 25, it will take 2,000 Sigil Powder and 300,000 Gold.
Thank goodness I saved up my gold from grinding for resources. Not only is Abbatoir of Zir extremely dangerous, but it’s also fatal to your bank account. After all is said and done, it will take 35,000 Sigil Powder and 4,500,000 Gold to reach the dungeon’s final tier.
