Where to Find Fiend Roses

Fiend Roses are found during Helltides. These are hour long events that occur randomly throughout Sanctuary in World Tiers 3 and 4. The land where the Helltide’s take place becomes blood soaked and overrun with demons.

Once there’s a Helltide, you’ll be able to find Fiend Roses plants to harvest, in Helltide Chests, and they can be dropped as loot from enemies or interactable items in the environment.

How to Farm Fiend Roses

When a Helltide occurs, you’ll want to head to the area as soon as it starts. You only have an hour to get as many Fiend Roses as possible. Hopefully the Helltide will be in a place with lots of vegetation versus the desert areas of Sanctuary to increase your chance of finding Fiend Roses plants. Even if it’s in the desert, be as prepared as possible to take out demons for the whole hour. Since these are random you want to use up all the time you’re given to farm as many Fiend Roses as possible.

Join in and complete events in the area, take out area bosses, save up your Aberrant Cinders so you can open chests and always be on the lookout for any interactable objects like skeletons or rock clusters. If you have friends who play, team up to lower your chances of dying as that reduces your Aberrant Cinder total.

That’s how to find and farm Fiend Roses in Diablo 4. While you can potentially find them in the area after the Helltides event is complete, you’ll need to participate in order to fully maximize your farming potential.
