This particular Fortnite mode is an open world survival game and not the wacky third person shooter we’re used to. However, they’re technically the same game. So this begs the question, do you get Battle Pass XP in Lego Fortnite? We have the answer.
Do you Get Battle Pass XP in LEGO Fortnite?
LEGO Fortnite isn’t your typical Fortnite experience you’re used to. Instead it’s a combination of traditional LEGO games and Minecraft. How this combination didn’t come sooner we may never know.
Since it’s a completely different experience, it would make sense that you wouldn’t get XP toward your regular Fortnite Battle Pass. There’s nothing connecting the two gameplay-wise, and the LEGO mode is particularly chill in comparison. On the other hand, it’s still a Fortnite experience and you have to launch the game to even get to LEGO Fortnite. So it would be easy to gain and transfer XP to the base game. So which one is it?
How to get XP in LEGO Fortnite
Surprisingly, the answer is yes! You can get Battle Pass XP in LEGO Fortnite. However, we don’t exactly know how much XP goes towards your Battle Pass. There are no notifications in the game to tell you that you gained a level either. So although you can get XP, there’s no real way to farm it other than just playing the game normally.
So if you’re not in the mood to do a lot of Battle Royal matches to get XP, you can take a more chill route and play an authentic LEGO game, right within Fortnite. And it seems like this mode will be sticking around permanently.
