Not every character you can create in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is the same. Every race, and gender, has their own bonuses to certain stats and game play. This can influence how you build your character, who you actually make, and what skills you want to use.
I put together this reference guide to all the racial bonuses so you don’t have create a new character to see what they are.
This guide will cover all of the racial bonuses in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 including:
- Majin – The bonuses that Majin gets, including the differences between genders.
- Saiyan – The bonuses that Saiyan gets, including the differences between genders.
- Earthling – The bonuses that Earthling gets, including the differences between genders.
- Namekian – The bonuses that Namekian gets. There is only 1 gender.
- Frieza Race – The bonuses that Frieza Race gets. There is only 1 gender.
Majin

- Slow Stamina Recovery
- Defense bonus when Stamina is maxed

- Takes low damage until low on stamina

- Shorter Stamina Break duration to help avoid critical attacks
Saiyan
- High Attack Power
- Low Health
- Attack Power rises when health is low
- All stats rise after reviving

Frieza Race

Keep in mind that just because you get certain stats for each race, does not mean you can’t try something different.
For example: Female Saiyans do not have as strong melee as males, but they can still do decent melee damage, especially with Super Saiyan 3.
That’s it for my Racial Bonus Reference guide for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Let me know if you have any questions!
