Stamina is used for everything in Enshrouded. Whether it’s running away from Fell enemies, chopping down trees for Resin, or gliding through the air, managing endurance is important. Here, I’ll show you how to increase Stamina in Enshrouded.
How to Increase Stamina and Improve Your Stamina Wheel
Your stamina wheel is small when you start Enshrouded. I was frustrated early on that I didn’t have more endurance to fight wolves or mine resources. But you’ll soon get more Stamina as you level up.
When you increase your character level, you gain Skill Points to spend on your Skill Tree. Endurance Skills are littered through the various skill trees. These smaller nodes between major abilities and skills increase Endurance by 1 and Stamina by 10 per Attribute Point.
You can also increase Stamina by sleeping at night. Doing so gives you the Rested Buff. This boosts your total Stamina for the day. Finally, drink plenty of of Water. Water gives you a 10 minute boost in Endurance.
There’s also equipment and gear that you can find that increase your stamina. You can find a Sigil Ring of the Elder Guard by defeating enemies in Shrouded areas. This increases your Stamina by 8 and Health by 10.
Stamina Regeneration Items
No matter how hard I try to increase my Stamina, I always run out and have to wait for it to regenerate. Luckily, there are some ways to make it recharge faster. Honey gives you a 3 minute boost in Stamina Regeneration. I like to bring a lot of honey with me whenever I have to run a long distance. You can find it by raiding beehives or as loot in ruins and towers.
