Fallout 76: How to Flood the Lab in Honor Bound

Flooding the Devil's Blood lab requires water manipulation in Fallout 76.

Getting into the Devil’s Blood lab in Atlantic City means opening the water valves in the correct order, which can be frustrating if you get it wrong the first time around. This is how to flood the lab in Honor Bound in Fallout 76.

How to Complete Honor Bound and Flood the Lab in Fo76

After learning that there’s a chem lab in the Flooded City Center, follow Vin and Solana to the suspected location. You’ll encounter both Mob and Overgrown enemies while making your way through the area.

When you arrive, speak to Vin to move the Honor Bound quest forward. He mentions how they use the water valves to drive Overgrown out of the area. Instead of spraying the water out, this time, you’ll spray the water into the lab and drive the Family guards out.

To get the water flowing, you need to turn the valves on in a specific order.

Pump valve order: 3,2,4,1

These are located around the square directly opposite the lab entrance. Each is labeled with the number in white chalk next to the yellow water valve. If you turn the wrong valve by accident, you need to turn it back so the proper order is ensured.

Once you’ve turned them all on, go speak with Vin again to learn that it worked. You can then enter the lab, which still has a few mob enforcers inside.

There seems to be a bug where the water flow isn’t triggered even when you use the correct order. There have also been a few lag issues and servers not registering actions due to stress. You should try hopping servers to see if that resolves the problem; otherwise, you’ll need to restart your game.

That’s how to flood the lab in Honor Bound in Fallout 76. For more on the America’s Playground update, how to complete other quests, or where to find resources, head to our guide hub for help.
