Fallout 76 RadAway Locations

Here are all the locations where you can farm RadAway in Fallout 76.

RadAway in Fallout 76 removes Rads, cures mutations, and increases disease chance when consumed. In addition, you’ll need to collect RadAway for timed challenges and events like the Pioneer Scout’s Uncharted Lands. However, there are no guaranteed spawn locations, which makes it tricky to find. Here are all Fallout 76 RadAway locations and easy ways to farm it.

Where to Find RadAway in Fallout 76

You can collect a RadAway while wearing the Marshal Mallow T-Shirt & Shorts in several locations. However, if you wear power armor, exit your power armor before collecting a RadAway since the game doesn’t count you as wearing the required outfit while inside a suit of power armor.

Here are all RadAway locations in Fallout 76:

  • Feral Ghouls
  • First Aid Kits
  • Events and Daily Ops
  • Medical Supplies Vending Machine

RadAway has a chance to spawn inside of First Aid Kits. You’ll find First Aid Kits in places like Bathrooms and near Hospital locations. Here are common First Aid Kit locations in Fallot 76:

  • AMS Corporate Headquarters

Events and Daily Ops

The game often rewards you with RadAway for completing events and Daily Ops. In addition, you’ll usually find first aid kits inside Daily Ops, increasing your chances of finding them. Again, I can’t stress enough that getting RadAway as a reward in Daily Ops won’t count if you are in Power Armor after completing it, so make sure to jump out before defeating the final boss.
