The new Field of Hope Rug added with FFXIV patch 6.5 is something a little different from most of the other rugs you can put in your house, which makes it all that much more worth making. One of the components for this new furniture item is Lunatender Blossom, which you’ll need three of each. In this guide we’ll go over the easiest way to get Lunatender Blossoms in Final Fantasy XIV.
How to Get Lunatender Blossom in FFXIV
Do you want to go out and farm Lunatenders out in Mare Lamentorum for a chance of getting a few of these blossoms? If you’re a dedicated DoH and are planning on pumping out Field of Hope Rugs for Gil, you’ll want to take the slightly easier way.
The best way to get Lunatender Blossoms is to farm Endwalker FATES to rack up Bicolor Gemstones. Each blossom costs two Bicolor Gemstones, so you’ll need six per rug. Joining a FATE party or just roaming around your preferred Endwalker maps to tackle FATEs is by far the easiest and fastest way to get Bicolors. You can’t escape the grind on this one.
Where to Buy Lunatender Blossom
Lunatender Blossom can be purchased from the Bicolor Vendors in Old Sharlayan (12.7, 10.4), Radz-at-Han (11.1, 10.2), and Mare Lamentorum (21.8, 12.2). If you’ve dabbled in Bicolor Gemstone trade before, you know where to go.
It’s also possible, of course, to buy Lunatender Blossoms off the Market Board. Unfortunately they’re not especially common on the MB, and if they pop up on there they could be quite expensive. It’s best to farm them yourself, since it takes little time to farm up Bicolor Gemstones.
With that, you know how to get Lunatender Blossom in Final Fantasy XIV. I can’t blame you for wanting to craft the Field of Hope Rug, it’s just the thing for a more floral house decor. Check out some of our other FFXIV guides here on GameSkinny.
