God of War: Ragnarok — The Veiled Passage Collectibles Guide

Here's where to find all of the collectibles in Vanaheim's The Veiled Passage in God of War: Ragnarok.

The Veiled Passage is one of several hidden areas in God of War: Ragnarok. It’s possible you’ll come here naturally while exploring Vanaheim, but more likely as part of The Mysterious Orb Favor from Lunda, though you’ll pass it during Freya’s Missing Peace. While the main draw is Lunda’s Orb and a piece of her armor set, there are some collectibles to get your hands on.

Nornir Chest

  • Reward: Idunn Apple Health Increase.

When you enter the area, you’ll notice the Nornir Chest on the right side of the cave. Dock the canoe, and grab the firebomb in the back of the area to break the gold barriers. Go up to the Nornir Chest, and you’ll see the three bells you need to ring on the opposite wall across the water.

The left-most bell is in a cage, the middle bell is free, and the right-most bell is in a cage behind vines. You can get away with using three Sigil arrows if lined up as in the screenshot above, though it’s easier with four, which you get by fully upgrading Freya’s Archery skill tree.

Lunda’s Broken Cuirass

Leave the Nornir Chest and continue through the cave to the next beach. Dock the canoe, and interact with the red loot chest in front of you, to the left of the poisonous cloud.

Lore Marker (Seidr Sacrifice)

From there, go through the hole in the nearby wall, kill the poisonous plants, and climb the wall inside. Turn right at the top for the Lore Marker.

Odin’s Raven

Continue along the path from the Lore Marker a short way, and turn left when the path veers to the right to lead outside. Look up to see the Raven perched on a branch overhanging the water, behind two hanging skeletons.

Artifact (Family Crests: Kvasri’s Crest)

Turn around, and follow the path outside. Fight the enemies, and turn right to enter a tunnel. When it opens up again on the left side, showing the outside, destroy the wooden barricade under the plant shooting barbs at you.

Those are all of the collectibles to be found in Vanaheim’s The Veiled Passage. It’s one of the easier-to-miss areas in God of War: Ragnarok but contains a piece of the game’s (arguably) best armor sets, so it’s well worth seeking out.
