Metal crafting has been added to Green Hell‘s in the Spirits of Amazonia update, so that players could craft the Tribal Statue. But you need to craft Metal Scales first, which requires Arowana Scales Mold. The process of crafting is quite complicated, but if you follow our guide on how to get Arowana Scales in Green Hell, then you’ll know what to do in no time.
How to Get Arowana Scales in Green Hell
Arowana Scales can be acquired from the Arowana fish, which can be caught in lakes and ponds around rainforests. But I found out that the most common habitat for this fish is Anaconda Island. You can catch this fish with one of the following tools:
- Spear
- Bow
- Fish Trap
- Fishing Rod
The best way to catch Arowana fish would be to use a Fish Trap or a Fishing Rod, using the following types of baits:
- Mushroom
- Angelfish
- Discus Fish
One Arowana fish typically drops the following materials:
- x2 Arowana Meat
- x4 Fish Bone
- x1 Arowana Scale
How to Use Arowana Scales
Before you can use Metal Crafting, you must first collect all the Legend Stones during the “Craftsman Legend” quest. There’s a total of seven Legend Stones, which can be found at the following coordinates:
- 44W 34S
- 36W 29S
- 35W 36S
- 38W 29S
- 36W 34S
- 39W 31S
- 35W 31S
You can find the stones only in the Spirits of Amazonia mode, as that’s where metal crafting becomes available. But before you can craft any Metal Scales, you must first craft the Arowana Scales Mold, using the following recipe:
- x1 Empty Mold
- x1 Melted Iron Ore
- x1 Arowana Scale
After that, you need to put the Arowana Scales Mold into the Mud Forge to produce the Metal Scales via the baking process. Finally, you can craft the Tribal Statue and complete the Spirits of Amazonia legend quest with the help of this recipe:
- x1 Metal Fangs
- x1 Metal Feathers
- x1 Metal Scales
- x1 Stick
- x1 Wood Resin
