If you register as a VIP in GTA 5 Online, you will receive many of the same abilities as if you were to register as a CEO — but at a fraction of the price. These perks include being able to hire bodyguards, bribe authorities, buy certain properties, and much more.

How to Register as a VIP in GTA 5 Online

To register as a VIP in GTA 5 Online is substantially cheaper than becoming a CEO. Unlike what it takes to register as a CEO, this process does not require that you own a million-dollar office. Instead, all that is required is that you have at least $50,000 in your bank account. 

When you become a CEO, you retain the position indefinitely. But when you register as a VIP, you only retain the status for four-hour periods, after which you must re-register. Luckily, it’s a really quick process, so doing it routinely isn’t all too bad.

Once you have your $50,000, open up your interaction menu and scroll to “SecuroServ”. It’s in this menu that you can register as a VIP, as well as name your organization.

After this is complete, you will have a new option in your menu, “SecuroServ VIP”. This is where you can make VIP requests, such as requests for luxury vehicles or bodyguards.

If you’re looking to register as a VIP and then as a CEO, all that you need to do is purchase an executive office from the Dynasty 8 Executive website on your in-game mobile device.

It will set you back $1,000,000 or more if you opt for a more expensive office, but this will allow you to permanently register as a CEO. Not only will this kill the need to constantly re-register, but you’ll be able to take on The Contract jobs.
