Can You Have Polyamory in Hades 2

To romance multiple love interests in Hades 2 you simply have to progress your relationship with your desired romanceable characters by filling their hearts with gifts and exhausting their dialogue options until you get their quest and after that, their romance scene. This is done by tracking their relationship with you in the Book of Shadows using the Empath’s Intuition Incantation which requires 1 Fate Fabric and 3 Myrtle (Mourning Fields Flower).

From here, fill up their hearts with the appropriate gift they’re looking for which you can check in the Book of Shadows. The gifts they’ll be looking for are:

  • Nectar: Acquired from the Broker or as a Room reward.
  • Bath Salts: Allows you to visit the Hot Springs in the Crossroads with your love interest. You can get them from the broker when you unlock the Rite of Vapor Cleansing Incantation for 2 Moly, 2 Lotus, and 2 Nightshade.
  • Ambrosia: Allows you to visit the Taverna at the Crossroads with your love interest. You can get it from the broker by unlocking the Rite of Social Solidarity Incantation for 2 Nectar and 2 Garlic which is found on the first surface level with a Spade.
  • Twin Lures: Allows you to visit the Fishing Pier at the Crossroads with your love interest. You can buy it from the broker when you unlock the Rite of River-Fording Incantation for 4 Driftwood and 2 Cattails found on the latter levels on the surface.

Fill up your romanceable character’s hearts to full and keep giving the gifts they desire and talking to them until they give you their quest. Complete the quest and heed any further gifts to unlock their romance scene. As in the original Hades, you can romance multiple characters at once without penalty. That said, note that not all characters you can take to the three locations above are romanceable NPCs.

Who’s Romanceable in Hades 2

It’s currently unknown who are the exact romance NPCs in Hades 2. Even though you can give all the gifts above to Hecate, Dora, Odysseus, Eris, Nemesis, and Moros I don’t believe those are romanceable NPCs. It would be quite strange, uncomfortable, and bizarre if Hecate or Odysseus were actually romance options considering they raised Melinoe.

If I had to guess I believe romance options will include something like Icarus, Nemesis, and Eris. That said, we’ll need additional updates to truly know for sure. That’s it for my guide on whether you have polyamory in Hades 2 and whether there are multiple love interests. For more Hades 2 guides, check out the best Selene Hexes.
