News From Below Individual Quest Issues in WoW: The War Within

Among this list, you might find bugs or points of frustration in these quests: A Spider’s-Eye View, Lab Access, The Queen’s Chains, and Rogue Agent. When the expansion was first released, more sections of this storyline had issues. However, it seems that Blizzard has been working to patch in fixes for them. In the meantime, you can use these tips to complete the parts of News From Below that might still be bugged or confusing.

In A Spider’s-Eye View, the quest indicators don’t make it clear that the points are on the building’s roof, not inside it. So, once you head to the top of it, you should have no problem completing this quest.

Then, the biggest issue with Lab Access is the small number of mobs around that count towards the quest. Plus, those mobs have a slow respawn timer. If you feel like you just aren’t seeing what you need and there are other players in the area, then you probably need to wait and try to help tag a mob when it pops up.

When it comes to The Queen’s Chains, some players have an issue where they bug out during the cutscene. If this happens to you, you need to log out and log back in. Usually the command “/reload ui” would work in these situations, but it doesn’t this time.

Finally, Rogue Agent sees the last issue in this storyline. The problem here is that the NPC you need seems to not exist. However, he pops up if you give him enough time. The unfortunate part is that it might be connected to how many people are in the area waiting for him, meaning the spawn timer for him could vary based on different circumstances. But after this hurdle, you should be able to finish the storyline without any more problems.
