How to Find the Best Endgame Fire Weapons in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Molten Fury and Cinderspine are superb fire weapons for Fighter and Warrior you can find late mid-game to early endgame. They’re in one of the dungeons on Volcanic Island accessible through exploration or during a side quest. Here’s how to find the best endgame fire weapons in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

How to Find Endgame Weapons Molten Fury and Cinderspine in Dragon’s Dogma 2?

How to Get Molten Fury in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Both the Molten Fury for Fighters and the Cinderspine for Warriors can be found in the Mountain Base Camp on Volcanic Island. You can reach this dungeon after gaining access to Volcanic Island, which is accessible through exploration by following the map above. The Dulled Steel Cold Forge quest where you’re restoring the old sword also takes you to this dungeon if you want to kill two birds with one stone.

More specifically, the Molten Fury is in a chest at the end of the dungeon where the forge is. It’s the place where you find Sara if you’re doing Dulled Steel Cold Forge. If you’re here on your own, it’s just to the left of the forge in the final chamber of the dungeon. It’s easy to reach because the layout is linear.

I would just watch out for lava slimes and magma Saurians by bringing some frost spells or gear. Don’t worry, though; there are plenty of ice magic tomes in the chests throughout the dungeon. The Frost Boons for your weapon are nice, but I just used the Frigor ones.

How to Find Cinderspine in Dragon’s Dogma 2

As for Cinderspine, the Warrior hammer, it’s also in the dungeon, and it can easily be found on the picture above. Essentially, all you have to do is reach the final room and then backtrack to the edge I marked above. You’ll come across a ledge like the one below and you have to jump to the chest platform. The fall is not lethal and you’ll find Cinderspine in the chest.

Both weapons do exceptional fire damage, which makes enchanting them in the Elven style not as bad as with other weapons. This is because increasing the Magick rating on the weapon increases the fire damage it deals. You’re essentially picking if you want the Batthali style for raw physical damage or if you want the Elven style to focus on the fire damage. The first option is always useful, while the second one is situational. Fire damage is great in certain scenarios, but some creatures are resistant to it, like Saurians, Drakes, and Dragons.
