Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Make S’mores

Although I expected that Roasted Marshmallows—another new recipe—would be required as part of the recipe for S’mores, they aren’t. Once you log in for the first time during the end of summer event, you’ll have the recipes for both Roasted Marshmallows and S’mores in your mailbox. From here, you’ll see that you need one Blue Marshmallow, one Pink Marshmallow, and two Wheat to craft a S’more.

How to Get Wheat

Since Wheat is part of the normal game and not exclusive to the summer event, you might already have some Wheat stored. Otherwise, you can grow some by planting Wheat Seeds in soil, watering them, and waiting a bit to harvest them. Compared to other crops, Wheat doesn’t take that long to grow, so you’ll have some in no time.

How to Get Blue Marshmallows

As for Blue Marshmallows, you find them scattered on the ground. They have sparkles around them, so they’re easy to spot. Then, you simply walk up to them and hit the button prompt to pick them up. I collected them quickly, because I kept finding them when I was walking around. They also seem to respawn often, so you can build a stockpile of them without much effort.

How to Get Pink Marshmallows

Pink Marshmallows, on the other hand, seem more scarce. They grow on bushes, but I had to go around and pick the raspberries from bushes before they started appearing. I felt that they take a long time to spawn, and that they spawn less frequently than Blue Marshmallows. However, it’s possible that I was just unlucky when it came to Pink Marshmallows.

Once you have your ingredients, head to a cooking station. Pop two Wheat, one Blue Marshmallow, and one Pink Marshmallow into your cooking pot, and you’ll be rewarded with a delicious S’more.
