How to Increase Your Bag Storage in Harvest Moon Home Sweet Home
As you go about your farm duties in Harvest Moon Home Sweet Home, you will find your bag is just not holding enough! This becomes a real issue when you have a few tasks you want to complete for the villagers to increase your Happiness. There just isn’t enough room in your little bag to carry everything.
There is always the option of storing some items in the cupboard at home but this is pretty inconvenient if you need the item to hand as you travel. So, when can you increase your bag storage in Harvest Moon Home Sweet Home? The first bag upgrade becomes available when you complete Chapter 4 and help the restaurant improve.
Speak to Penelope at the Crafters and she will suggest that you need a new bag. She will give you the recipe to craft one:
- Fabric: Crafted by Andy from 4 x Sheep Wool (from Sheep) and 30 coins.
- 10 Hibiscus: Bought as seeds from the General Store.
- 10 Lotus: Bought as seeds from the General Store.
Once you have the materials, you can take them to Penelope who will make you a brand new bag. The new bag will give you a few extra spaces in each compartment: Food, Resources, Materials, and Tools. Of course, there will come a moment when you wish your bag was bigger again, but the next storage increase will be a few more chapters away!
